A quick read
These terms explain what Peak Map Today provides, how to use the map responsibly, and what to expect from a free independent route reference.
01
Using the site means accepting these terms
By visiting Peak Map Today or using its map controls, you agree to use the site for lawful personal reference and to follow these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, stop using the website. These terms apply to the public pages, live map, route notes, marker labels, share controls, and static assets served from the site.
The terms describe the current service. If a new feature introduces accounts, submissions, paid access, or another material workflow, the relevant terms will be added before that feature is made available.
02
The map is a changing reference, not a guarantee
Peak Map Today presents a daily route snapshot, biome views, and reported marker locations to help you plan a PEAK run. Rotation timing, image availability, marker counts, labels, and route notes can change. A delay in the data source, a browser cache, an upstream outage, or a game update can make the displayed map incomplete or out of date.
Check the update status and the terrain in the game before committing to a detour. The site does not promise that a marker will be present from every approach, that a route is safe, or that a reward, animal, luggage item, belltower, amulet, tomb, or Golden Bing Bong will be available exactly as shown.
03
Acceptable use
Use the website in a way that does not damage the service, interfere with other visitors, or misrepresent the source of the information. You may use the map for personal route planning and may share ordinary links to the public pages.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, probe the site for vulnerabilities, overload the map-data service, or interfere with normal page delivery.
- Do not use automated collection, resale, or bulk republication in a way that creates unreasonable load or implies an official relationship with Peak Map Today or PEAK.
- Do not treat a map marker or route note as permission to break a game rule, platform rule, law, or another person’s rights.
04
Content, marks, and independent status
The Peak Map Today name, site interface, original explanatory copy, and original presentation are provided by this independent project. The PEAK name, game assets, characters, logos, and related trademarks belong to their respective rights holders. Peak Map Today does not claim ownership of those game materials.
Using the site does not grant a license to copy the interface, mirror the entire data set, remove attribution, or present this guide as an official map. Any third-party material remains subject to the rights and terms of its owner.
05
External links and sharing services
The map can open social sharing services and other external destinations when you choose them. Those services are separate from Peak Map Today. Their availability, content, privacy practices, cookies, and account requirements are controlled by the service you open.
A social share link may include the current page URL, a page title, and short share text. Review the destination and its audience controls before publishing anything. Peak Map Today is not responsible for the operation or content of an external service.
06
Availability, warranties, and responsibility
The website and map are provided on an “as available” basis. Pages, route data, images, marker details, and external links may be changed, interrupted, delayed, or removed without notice. No promise is made that the site will be error-free, complete, compatible with every browser, or available at every moment.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Peak Map Today is not responsible for a missed route, lost progress, failed detour, inaccurate marker, service interruption, device issue, or dispute that results from relying on the site. You decide whether a route is suitable and remain responsible for your in-game actions and real-world safety.
07
Changes to these terms
This page may be revised when the site, map workflow, external services, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date records the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms for future visits.
